日本のカレー

Hi, this is Jeni! Today I would like to introduce you to another Japanese dish. Curry is a popular dish in India, but Japan also has its own original curry. Japanese curry comes in many varieties, with flavors ranging from sweet to very spicy. Curry rice, curry udon, curry bread, etc. are now so popular that they can also be called Japan's national dish. It is easy to cook curry at home, so please give it a try!

Well, I have one announcement to you today. DCEC NC is planning a DCEC NC day, which brings together people who want to learn Japanese and people who are learning English at ECEC JP. In this event, Japanese students of English will talk to in Japanese about how they spend spring in Japan, and foreigners who is studying Nihongo will ask questions in Japanesethat they would like to ask.

The point of this event is if it is difficult for Japanese language learners to ask all their questions in Nihongo, they can ask them in English. Since the Japanese participants are English learners, we hope that this will be a win-win event for both sides, helping them learn Japanese and giving them the experience of communicating in English. We will announce the detailed schedule when it is finalized. Please look forward to it.

カレーはインドで人気のある料理ですが、日本にもオリジナルのカレーがあります。日本のカレーは甘口から激辛まで味付けが様々でいろんな種類があります。カレーライス、カレーうどん、カレーパンなど今や日本の国民食と言っていいほど人気のある食べ物です。ご家庭でも簡単に料理することが出来るので、ぜひ一度味わってみてください！

さて、今日は一つお知らせがあります。 DCEC NCでは、日本語を学びたい方と、DCECで英語を学んでいる方とを結びつけたDCEC NC dayを企画しています。 日本人の英語学習者の方に、日本の春の過ごし方について話をしてもらい、日本語学習者の方に、日本語で聞きたいことを質問していただくイベントです。

このイベントのポイントは日本語学習者がすべて日本語で質問するのが難しい時は、英語での質問を交えてもいいということです。 日本人の参加者は英語の学習者ですから、彼らにとって日本語を学ぶ助けをすると共に、英語でコミュニケーションする経験もできる、双方にとってウィンウィンのイベントになることを期待しています。
