夏の暑さも盛りを過ぎ、でも、ひんやりとした秋の気候で紅葉が始まる時期の前の秋晴れの天気の中、どこかへ行きたいと思ってググっていたら、東京駅からすぐに東京の新名所、TOKYO TORCHを見つけました。 新しいビルなのに日本の歴史や伝統の奥深さを感じさせる「重ね」を表現し、低層部に、「行燈」や「桟敷」といった日本的な要素を取り入れたというデザインは独特で興味を惹かれました。
テラス席が冬になると布団とヒーターがついて炬燵になるとかトイレもすごく快適そう。 一度行ってみたいですね。

The summer heat has passed its peak, but in the cool autumn weather before the leaves begin to turn, I was Googling for somewhere to go and found TOKYO TORCH, a new landmark in Tokyo. Even though it is a new building, the design was unique and intriguing in its "layering," which expresses the depth of Japanese history and traditions, and in its lower floors, it incorporates Japanese elements such as "andon" and "japanese lanterns" and "pier".
The terrace seats become kotatsu with futons and heaters in winter, and the restrooms look very comfortable. I would like to visit there once.

El calor del verano ha pasado, pero con el tiempo fresco del otoño, antes de que las hojas otoñales empiecen a cambiar, estaba buscando en Google algún sitio al que ir y encontré TOKYO TORCH, un nuevo punto de referencia en Tokio. El diseño era único e intrigante: se trataba de un edificio nuevo, pero estaba diseñado para expresar la profundidad de la historia y las tradiciones japonesas con "capas" y, en los niveles inferiores, elementos japoneses como los "andon" (faroles) y los "tablones japoneses".
Los asientos de la terraza se convierten en kotatsu con futones y calefactores en invierno, y los baños parecen muy cómodos. Me gustaría visitarlo una vez.
