September 2025 Web Cafe Highlights

People around the world see different shapes on the moon. 🌙 🧔🏻‍♂️🌒 In the West, many say they spot a “man in the moon.”

🌳🐸 In some parts of Asia, others see a toad or a tree.

 🐇🍡 But in Japan, it’s a rabbit pounding mochi. This fluffy friend took center stage in our latest Web Cafe!

This September’s FREE Web Cafe explored everything moon-themed—from the beauty of the Harvest Moon to the timeless folktale of Princess Kaguya, and of course, the global phenomenon Sailor Moon. We even chatted about sweet traditions like enjoying dango while moon-viewing. 🌕🍡✨

• “Ikeda-san did such a great job facilitating the breakout rooms. The slides were cute, easy to follow, and she even translated them into English so everyone could join the flow.”
